What is FOMOLABS’ return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not provide cash refunds. Once your return passes our quality check, the refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Items that are used, washed, damaged after use, missing original tags or packaging, or marked as final sale/non-returnable cannot be returned.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing fomolabs.in@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
How do I request a return?
